About Us
Carl Gravely
Let me introduce myself. I am the owner and pastry chef of Scrumptious Cakes Bakery, LLC, since I started this bakery from my home in September 2021. I've never thought in my wildest dreams of opening my own business until I had individuals say that I should. I was trained by the amazing pastry chef, Frances Draughn. She was the Executive Chef at the Harvest Grill, an upscale restaurant on the grounds of Shelton Vineyards. She taught me everything I know, from making bread to creating desserts, garnishes, and so much more. With all the planning and creating I do regarding my bakery, there's love in it all.

This amazing and talented individual taught our owner and pastry chef everything he knows. She is one of the main reasons why he does what he does. And with everything he creates and does, he has a piece of Chef Frances'.

Something Always Fresh!
When you order any of our cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, brownies, yeast rolls, pies, etc. They are made fresh; to order every time, no pre-frozen goods for us! All our treats are made with love and care. Come by and get a fresh-made scrumptious delight. Orders must have a 24-hour notice.

Our Disney Policy
